RORBIT

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 16 October 2026

This policy covers the games and programs made by RORBIT (Pawel Stefanski). The list of products below grows as new ones come out. In short: our products collect no personal data. They have no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no servers of ours — what you create stays on your devices.

What applies to every product

  • They do not collect, store or send personal data to us or to anybody else.
  • They contain no advertising, no tracking and no analytics.
  • They need no account and no sign-in with us.
  • What you create and your settings are kept on your own device; uninstalling a product removes its settings.
  • They connect only directly between your own devices, or to services you set up yourself — never to servers of ours.

Products

Each product below describes only what it does in addition to the rules above.

  • RavenDeck — projects, tasks and notes for Windows and Android
  • TwoPong — pong for Android, Windows and Meta Quest

RavenDeck

Your notes. Projects, tasks, notes, pictures and files are stored on your computer (in your user folder) and on your phone (in the application's private storage). Backups are made on the same computer.

Sync. Devices you pair exchange your notes directly over your local network, encrypted with a key only those devices know. Nothing passes through a server.

Teams. When you share a project with a team, that project (and your name in the team) is sent directly to the devices of the people you invited — nothing else.

Passwords and keys. Passwords and tokens for issue trackers and upload targets, and the sync keys, are kept in the system's credential store (Windows Credential Manager). They are sent only to the server they belong to.

AI assistants. RavenDeck can hand tasks to an AI assistant you installed (such as Claude Code). What that assistant sends to its provider is governed by the assistant and its provider, not by RavenDeck.

Camera and notifications (Android). The camera is used only when you scan a pairing code or take a photo or video for a project. Notifications are used for your reminders and for sync running in the background.

TwoPong

The camera (phones only). The phone version can use the camera in two ways, and only when you choose them: walking control uses Google ARCore to measure how the phone moves in the room, and TV mode uses Google ML Kit face detection to find players in front of the camera. Camera pictures are processed on the device, while the game runs, and are thrown away at once — never saved, uploaded or shared. The game works without the camera permission (touch control). The Meta Quest and Windows versions do not use a camera.

ARCore and ML Kit are provided by Google; their use of device information is described at policies.google.com/privacy and developers.google.com/ml-kit/terms.

Playing together. Matches between devices go over your local network (Wi-Fi) or, between two phones, Bluetooth — directly from device to device, never through the internet or our servers. The other players' devices receive the game's state and your device's name (for example “Galaxy S22 Ultra”) so they can show who is playing. Bluetooth and nearby-device permissions are asked for only when you pick a Bluetooth game.

Settings. Your settings (volume, options, the last table) are kept in a file on your device and never leave it.

rorbit.pl — this website

This section covers the website itself. The site has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies.

  • Server logs. Like every web server, the hosting server records technical access data — IP address, time, the address of the page and the browser. It is used only to run and protect the site and is not combined with anything else.
  • Language choice. The language you pick is remembered in your browser (a cookie and local storage named rorbit_lang, holding only the language code), so the site opens in that language next time.
  • Fonts. Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which see your IP address (see Google).
  • Donations. The donate button is served by PayPal: its picture is loaded from PayPal, and a donation, if you make one, is handled entirely by PayPal under its own policy (see PayPal). We receive only what PayPal reports for the payment.
  • Links. Links to other sites (LinkedIn, YouTube and others) only take you there when you click them; those sites have their own policies.

The site is run by Pawel Stefanski (RORBIT). You may ask what data about you we hold, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use — write through the contact page. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).

Children

Our products collect no information from anyone, children included.

Changes

If this policy changes, or a product is added, the new version is published at this address with a new date.
